Return & Cancellation Policies

Original Art: All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.

Art Print Policies

Exchange & Return Policy: All sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns.

Cancellation Policy: All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be canceled if the artwork/print has not been printed or mailed yet. There is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your canceled order will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Policy: Any damaged artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Frames and framed artwork are currently only available in the domestic U.S.

Shipping and Processing Policies

Artwork Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive you order and prepare it for shipping. This typically fall in the range of 3-10 business days. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

Framed Artwork Order Processing Time: Please allow about 7-14 business days for your framed artwork to ship. This allows for order processing time and framing time.

Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. All "original artwork" will be sent USPS Priority or equivalent service and insured.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I, Danielle Wraith, retains all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
